The Caltech Human Resources Benefits Office will host a Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Tuesday October 8, 2024 from 8am-3pm PT at Avery House; appointments are required. Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are available at no cost to faculty, staff, postdoctoral scholars, students, and retirees, who present a Caltech ID and completed pharmacy consent form.
By late September, visit hr.caltech.edu/clinics for additional information including how to make a vaccine appointment and how to access the required consent form.
