Alpine Club Kickoff Event

What: Gear Swap, Elections, and Pizza!
Where: Beckman Institute Courtyard (https://goo.gl/maps/xCBrTL72ZpNJHknE7). It's the outdoor (but covered) space just west of the Gene Pool.
Bring: You, your friends, and extra outdoor gear you want to swap, sell, or donate to the club. (For ex. I have a blow up kayak and some extra ski bindings I'm down to swap/sell/donate. Think about what you have lying around! Smaller things are good too.) Add gear you want to swap to this slideshow!
Why: To meet outdoor adventure buddies! Welcome incoming club members, get some new gear, get hyped about past/future trips, and elect new leadership. We have some officer positions opening up and would love to get some new people involved. Talk to us tomorrow if you are interested and/or email Mike at [email protected].

- 6pm Pizza & Gear Swap
- 7:30pm Elections
- 8-9pm Mingle / Gear Swap
Alpine Club Swag:
If you have purchased a Caltech Alpine Club tank/nalgene we will hand them out at the event! We will also be taking new orders for more tanks/nalgenes if you haven't ordered yet! (Shae is the point person for that: [email protected])
Gear Swap directions:
Bring the gear you want to swap, lay it out in the courtyard and put a sticky note on it with your name and contact information. Add gear you want to swap to this slideshow! If you want to donate gear to the club that's also an option, let Mike know ([email protected]).
