Avalanche Training Course

Caltech's Alpine Club has organized a three-day avalanche training course intended for mountaineers, backcountry skiers, and winter adventurers. The course will be taught in Bishop, CA, by two instructors from the Sierra Mountain Center. Participants must apply by February 14. For details, go to www.its.caltech.edu/~alpine/avycourse.html.
