Ballroom Dance Taster Class

Come learn how to dance! Whether you're new to Caltech or just to ballroom, this class will get you started. The taster class features a sample lesson in the Cha-Cha, one of the dances we'll teach in our Beginning Ballroom class this term. Spend an hour learning to dance, then hang around after to chat about life and dancing at caltech. No prior experience or partner necessary. There might be cookies.

This is a Caltech/student-only event. We ask the general public to instead come to one of our classes starting this fall. IDs will be checked. Prerequisites:

No special attire, partner, or previous dance experience needed. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that won't fall off while dancing.
