2013 Annual Retreat
Division of Biology and Biological Engineering

Lake Arrowhead Resort       September 27 - 29, 2013

During the fall term, the Caltech Biology and Biological Engineering Division Faculty, postdocs,
and graduate students gather for an annual retreat.   The Biology Retreat provides an opportunity
for new faculty and new graduate students to meet, socialize and familiarize themselves with the
diverse research taking place in various labs and assists the grad students in selecting their
rota- tion labs. In addition, many collaborations begin as a result of talks and conversations
that take place during the three-day event.

Retreat Speakers
