We have invited Chef Bonnie Henderson, from Bonnie B's Smokn' Barbeque Heaven in Pasadena, back again this year to demonstrate how to make rich, ethnic flavor Oklahoma City - style barbeque. Chef Henderson will also be sharing with us the importance of soul food and its meaning to the African American community.
