The Glee Club will be singing the Gregorian chant "Salve Regina," Renaissance motets by Palestrina and Viadana, Brahms Four Gypsy Songs (Opus 112), Faure's "Cantique de Jean Racine," as well as Hungarian, Tamil, and American folksongs.

The Orchestra will perform Mendelssohn's "Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage" Overture andGlazounov's Violin Concerto with senior Calvin Kuo as soloist. Calvin is one of this year's Student Concerto Competition winners.

Together, they will perform Handel's Coronation Anthem No. 1, "Zadok the Priest," and the Beethoven Cantata "Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage (Opus 112). Both the Mendelssohn overture and the Beethoven cantata were inspired by Goethe's poem, which is one of the classics of German poetry.

A free reception for all will follow the concert.
