Caltech Jazz Bands

The Caltech Jazz Bands will feature an evening of music that's all about the life and music of Charlie Mingus, one of the great composers and bass soloists in the world of jazz. There will be original compositions by Mingus, in addition to selections by other musicians who influenced his music and life, and performance by dancers from the L.A. High School for the Performing Arts.

A reception for all will follow the concert.
