Caltech Library Workshop: R Markdown, Deep Dive

This intermediate hands-on session will cover interactive web-based slide presentations using the Xaringan package, an extension to RMarkdown. Participants with RMarkdown experience will, by the end of the workshop:

1. Identify the features of dynamic, professionally designed web slide presentations using react.js and HTML5;

2. Create a sample slide presentation using RMarkdown and Xaringan;

3. Publish the sample slide presentation to the Web;

4. Apply the features of react.js web slides to deliver the sample presentation.
