Caltech-Occidental Symphony Orchestra

The Caltech-Occidental Symphony presents its Spring concert, with featured cellist Joshua Yu, the second of this year's Student Concerto Competition winners. Joshua Yu is a freshman at Occidental College studying cello with Gloria Lum. Also featured will be Jacob Ortega-Gingrich as assistant conductor.
The program will include Mussorgsky's A Night on Bald Mountain, Saint-Saens Cello Concerto No. 1, and Beethoven's Symphony no. 1.
This concert is free and open to the public, with no tickets or reservations required; parking is also free!
The same concert will be presented at Occidental College's Thorne Hall on Saturday, April 20th at 7:30 p.m.
