Professor Rick Wilson, mathematics, will present and play flutes of Pacific Asia as part of our Poets on Site Poetry Tour of the 40th Anniversary of our local Pacific Asia Museum 46 N. Los Robles Ave Pasadena 91106. Please Join us at the Museum 2 PM Oct 1 when Caltech literary, arts and theater friends are invited to attend this unusual live performance of music and poetry. Local and Caltech community poets will perform. It is a rare opportunity to hear and see the flutes in relation to objects in the museum's collection that represent the countries of India, Vietnam, China, Japan, Tibet, Pakistan, Korea and more. This tour is available as a cell phone generated audio tour, sponsored by Pacific Asia Museum: http://www.pacificasiamuseum.org/_on_view/exhibitions/pdf/Poetry%20Audio%20Tour.pdf Professor Wilson can be heard playing on all the stops on the tour.
