Caltech Project for Effective Teaching (CPET) Discussion Group

All graduate students and postdocs are welcome to attend the CPET discussion group where we would like to have an open conversation about mental health in the classroom and how we can as educators support our students. We will start the conversation with an article from University Affairs magazine about the role faculty can play in supporting student mental health and why students need mental health support. Then we will consult articles discussing strategies for supporting students in the classroom as well as campus-wide. Refreshments will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there!
