Chair Yoga
Worklife@Caltech encourages you to join us for Chair Yoga sessions with instructor Pili Bailey, a certified and experienced Yoga Teacher and the owner and creator of Essential Yoga Space.
Classes are open to Caltech staff, postdocs, and faculty.
We will also be reserving space for walk-ins, but registration is encouraged to reserve your space and so we can contact you in the case that class is cancelled. Space is limited.
When: Mondays (10/7 to 11/11)
Time: 12:15pm to 12:45pm
Where: Hameetman Center Multipurpose Room 220
Chair Yoga can help you by:
- Increasing circulation and flexibility,
- Improving concentration and balance,
- Easing pain and tension in the neck, shoulders, and lower back
We encourage you to wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move.
