Chair Yoga
The Chair Yoga classes are back this fall!
As requested by many of you Worklife@Caltech is offering again the Chair Yoga classes for 10 weeks this fall! Classes are open to staff, postdocs, and professorial faculty. Space is limited.
The class will still run from 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm. Please remember to be punctual as classes start on time.
Please wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move.
Chair Yoga can help you by-
• Increasing circulation and flexibility,
• Improving concentration and balance,
• Easing pain and tension in the neck, shoulders, and lower back
