Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is back!
Worklife@Caltech encourages you to join us this summer for Chair Yoga!
Classes are open to staff, postdocs, and professorial faculty.
Please sign-up here.
We will also be reserving space for walk-ins, but registration is encouraged to reserve your space and so we can contact you in the case that class is cancelled. Space is limited.
When: Mondays (6/24 to 8/5)
Time: 12:15pm to 12:45pm
Where: Annenberg 314
Chair Yoga can help you by:
- Increasing circulation and flexibility,
- Improving concentration and balance,
- Easing pain and tension in the neck, shoulders, and lower back
We encourage you to wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move.
