2D and 3D Visualization of Metabolomics Data

In this workshop we will educate -through hands on analysis- how to annotate and visualize metabolomics data. There will be a basic introduction of metabolomics, followed by using a data set and annotating the spectra through molecular networking. One will learn the possibilities, but also the limitations of metabolomics and how public data can interact with the user through the concept of living data. Finally, we will highlight how to display data in 3D.
