Building #7 in the World Trade Center was not directly hit in the attacks, but collapsed on the afternoon of September 11 with no loss of life. In this presentation, Ramon Gilsanz, of Gilsanz, Murray, & Steficek, LLP, will describe Building #7 and explain his opinions on how the collapse progressed throughout the structure. Mr. Gilsanz was involved in the WTC- 7 studies by ASCE/FEMA and NIST.
