Clazzical Notes, an adult educational outreach program sponsored by The Pasadena Symphony, is a free evening of music and discussion among renowned musicians to bridge the gap that currently exists between the jazz and classical music communities.

The artists for this evening will include:

David Weiss, oboe
faculty member at the USC Thornton School of Music and the Music Academy of the West
Heather Clark, flute
one of LA's most sought-after flute players who performs with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, Pacific Symphony, and Long Beach Symphony Orchestra, among others
Gary Bovyer, clarinet
principal clarinetist of the Long Beach Symphony and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra
Geoff Gallegos (Double G), jazz sax
co-founder, composer, and conductor of the 70-piece DAKAH Hip Hop Orchestra
Bubba Jackson, moderator
award-winning television and radio personality and concert producer
