Creating Space - Empowering Dialogue: The War in Ukraine

A space to talk about the war and explore ways to feel connected, supported, and to

build a sense of empowerment.

Throughout our Caltech community, students, faculty, postdocs, and staff, are being

deeply impacted by the war in Ukraine. Some in our community have close personal

ties with family members in the area or other firsthand experiences and

connections.

Please join counselors from Student Wellness Services and the Staff and Faculty

Consultation Center for this important gathering. Together we can acknowledge

our natural feelings of fear, grief, anger, and anxiety and explore ways to connect,

access support, and build a sense of empowerment.
