CWC Board Workshop #1

All members are invited to come to our first CWC Board Team Workshop!  The purpose of our first board team workshop is try out a fun, new way of working together to plan for a successful CWC year. We will use this and later board workshops to incorporate focus group and online survey feedback into our CWC plans, while preserving our favorite 102-year old traditions.

At our first workshop, we will work on the fall launch of the 2018-19 CWC year. The launch includes the CWC annual membership drive, Activities Fair, Fall Gathering, programs, meetups, community service volunteer recruitment, and member communications (web, Facebook, email, bulletin, and mail). We will work with the 2017-18 CWC Board to incorporate their work into the appropriate board team so that we maintain our momentum and continuity. Our next workshop will be in October.
