After more than seven years cruising at stunning speeds—including a wonderful year exploring protoplanet Vesta—the Dawn spacecraft will arrive at its second destination in the main asteroid belt, dwarf planet Ceres.
As the Dawn mission begins its exploration, it's time to celebrate.
This flagship i C Ceres event will be presented by JPL at Caltech. There will be games, contests, and awesome mission team members there to translate the space science for you!
