Decoding Diversity

This one hour fast paced interactive workshop will offer participants:

• A common language around topics of diversity and inclusion
• Knowledge and ability to contribute to the diversity at Caltech
• Tools to contribute to creating a culture of inclusion
• Knowledge of resources on campus that support diversity and inclusion
