Diversity and Inclusion Best Practices

TIAA-CREF shares diversity and inclusion best practices at conferences and workshops, and has designed "Financial Essentials" webinars targeted to the LGBT community and women. The company also continues to build a diversity and inclusion employment brand and has received national awards and recognition, including being named a best place to work by Working Mother and Latina Style magazines, and earning a spot on Diversity Inc.'s 2015 list of Top 50 Companies for Diversity.

Dr. Ferguson will conduct a session with Caltech managers on the topic of diversity and inclusion. 

Cindy Weinstein will open the session and talk about Caltech's diversity and inclusion initiatives. Please feel free to join one or both of the meetings with Dr. Ferguson.
