Gail Naughton, dean of the College of Business Administration at San Diego State University, will share her experiences in launching and managing a technology-based company as well as discuss the leadership and management challenges such a venture presents. Dr. Naughton cofounded Advanced Tissue Sciences (ATS) and was a coinventor of its core technology.
