Ricordare Anna (2005) begins during an angry youth movement in 1980 Zurich, when a student chooses to abandon her brilliant academic career to educate revolutionary children in Sicily. Free love and drugs follow, leading to her death caused by AIDS. Two decades later, in search of forgiveness, her father tries to understand his daughter.
