Join PEN Program Director Susan Schwartz and members of the Caltech and JPL community for an informal but informative brown bag lunch discussion. We'll talk about how to prepare your child (and yourself) for starting school, what to expect on the first day, what a kindergartener's day is like, what teachers do to facilitate the transition, and the role of parents in public education. Bring your own "brown bag" lunch - and your questions!

Getting Ready for Kindergarten is the first educational event of a series of four that Pasadena Education Network (PEN) is bringing to the Caltech campus to support Caltech and JPL families' participation in Pasadena Unified School District.
