Glee Clubs Holiday Concert

According to Don Caldwell, director of the Men's Glee Club, the theme will be "Gloria," and the highlight will be the men's and women's clubs performing Vivaldi's Gloria and Beethoven's Gloria from the Mass in C. The men will also sing Randoll Bass's setting of the Gloria. These ensembles will be accompanied by organ, strings, brass, and percussion.
In addition, the men and the Chamber Singers will sing a variety of traditional carols and Hanukkah music, while the women will contribute several festive Hanukkah songs and some Renaissance and contemporary Christmas pieces.
A free reception for all will follow the concert.
NOTE: The concert will also be performed on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 P.M..
