Italian Club Film Screening: Nights of Cabiria
Fellini's Nights of Cabiria tells the story of a a streetwalker who lives in the poor outskirts of Rome in the 1950s—a woman with a hearty passion for life whose weakness is repeatedly falling in love with mercenary rogues. The film won the Best Foreign Movie Academy Award, and Giulietta Masina (Cabiria) was Best Actress at the Cannes Film Festival.
