The Tempest: School Group Performance

Friday, February 1, 2008
10:00am to 11:30am

Beckman Auditorium
  • Public Event
The Tempest has something for everyone: comedy, revenge, attempted murder and a love story – all controlled by a philosopher/magician. And it plays out, like today's popular reality shows, against the backdrop of groups of island castaways. Supporting the story, however, is some of Shakespeare's most beautiful, transcendent, and emotional language.

Recommended for grades 5 through 12.
