If ever there was the perfect singer/songwriter, it is Katy Moffatt. Her voice is perhaps the most searingly beautiful thing you'll ever hear.
-- Nick Dalton, Daily Express (London)

Extraordinary Texas-bred singer and songwriter Katy Moffatt has performed at Caltech a couple of times before, so many of you know how good she is. Some of her classic songs include Walking on the Moon Tonight, This Heart Stops for Railway Crosses, and The Greatest Show on Earth. She's a fine singer, ranging from beautiful, heartfelt singing to Hank Williams honky-tonk and the show-stopping Sojourner Truth piece Ain't I a Woman. Her musical friends include Tom Russell and recently Rosie Flores, with whom she will release an album this fall.
