KNI20 Anniversary Symposium
Join the Kavli Nanoscience Institute in celebration of a significant milestone – twenty years of operation and impact – along with current and former community members, friends, and supporters of its nanoscience and nanoscale engineering research center.
The KNI20 celebration will kick off with a public lecture by Caltech alumnus (PhD '64) and Kavli Prize Laureate (2022) Dr. George Whitesides from Harvard University. This public talk will take place in Beckman Auditorium at 4:30 pm on Thursday, March 7, 2024. We invite our friends, colleagues, and local community members to join us for this exciting talk.
On Friday, March 8, the KNI will host a full-day scientific symposium to discuss the current landscape of nano-scale challenges and opportunities and envision novel techniques, processes, and developments that could push the boundaries of nanoscience during the next decade and beyond. The preliminary program is outlined below.
