Managing Communication Dynamics Across Cultures

As part of International Week 2004, Stella Ting-Toomey, professor of human communication studies at CSU Fullerton, will provide tips for identifying difference in cross-cultural encounters and offer practical advice for effectively addressing communication differences so they do not ruin relationships. She is the author or editor of 14 books. This event will be held in the 2nd floor common area of the Center for Student Services.
