Martin Chalifour: Chamber Music Recital

Caltech Performing and Visual Arts presents a chamber music recital by Martin Chalifour, Principal Concertmaster of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Visiting Associate at Caltech. The event will feature soprano Liv Redpath, rising star from the L.A. Opera , in a program with Mozart's exquisite Exsultate Jubilate and Vivaldi's In furore iustissimae irae. 

The program includes baroque concerti of Telemann, the rarely performed Grieg String Quartet in G minor and the enthralling Kodaly Serenade for strings trio. 

Also joining Mr. Chalifour will be Peter Lloyd (Colburn School); USC students Klemen and Klara Krklec ,Yelin Park, and Juliette Herlin; and Caltech students Sean Byrne, Kathleen Kennedy and Wesley Yu.

Once Dabney Lounge is at full capacity, doors will close, and additional seating will not be accommodated.
