New Chemical Approaches for Developing Selective and Non-Selective Protein Kinase Inhibitors
Nathanael S. Gray,
professor of biological chemistry and molecular pharmacology,
Harvard Medical School,
This talk will describe our labs efforts to develop new approaches to more efficiently discover potent and selective protein kinase inhibitors. Focus will be placed on new strategies to develop covalent inhibitors of T790M EGFR, FGFR and JNK kinase and their exploitation to investigate cancer biology.
