The Raw Science Film Festival is an activity of The Raw Science Foundation. Presented with the Science and Entertainment Exchange of the National Academy of Sciences and taking place at Caltech, the Raw Science Film Festival and Competition will award $40,000 in prizes and grants to student and professional filmmakers who are creating the next generation of great works, while simultaneously celebrating the wonderment of science in film and the community that supports it. The USA Science & Engineering Festival, a collaboration of more than 1,000 leading science and engineering corporations, is the country's only national science festival. USASEF will screen and submit entries from junior high and high school students across the country for a special award at the Raw Science Film Festival.
