The Safe Zone Ally Program is a network of Caltech students, faculty, and staff who are visibly supportive of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, Queer, Questioning, Pansexual, Asexual, Intersex students and all individuals regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity. Safe Zone exists to provide LGBTQ students a simple way to identify administrators, faculty, staff, and students who are allies and have been trained to approach concerns in a confidential, non-judgmental, and affirmative manner.
