Small Potatoes and Dave Morrison

Small Potatoes is Jacquie Manning and Rich Prezioso from Chicago. You may have heard them do a short opening set here a few years ago, andnow e'll get to hear a good deal more of their repertoire. They both sing and harmonize magnificently. Rich plays guitar and mandolin, and Jacquie plays guitar, whistles, bodhran, and percussion. They are full of humor and their material includes folk, blues, jazz, swing, Celtic, and country.

Opening will be Southern California's own Dave Morrison. Dave has appeared in many concerts locally, but this will be his first time at Caltech. Dave is a very fine songwriter and he has built up quite a storehouse of songs over the years. Accompanying himself on guitar, Dave puts his songs in context with humor and charm.
