Comet Viewing Event

Comet E3 2022 ZTF is the brightest comet to enter the inner solar system in the last few years, taking thousands of years to arrive here, and it's reaching its closest approach to the Earth on Wednesday, February 1st.

Join us at Caltech for an opportunity to see it through a telescope! Come see the comet discovered by scientists from Caltech!

Observations coincide with a short introductory presentation on the comet. Event is free and open to all. No reservations are necessary. Stay only as long as you want.

Stargazing is dependent on clear weather.
