The Stories We Tell: Writing the APIDA+ Experience for Social Change

How can the stories we tell help us build communities of belonging? How do we write about our experiences as APIDA+ to inspire social change? This story-writing workshop will give attendees an effective framework for turning their diverse experiences into compelling stories and using those stories to transform their communities, both at Caltech and beyond. Workshop attendees will participate in a live writing session and, if desired, share their narratives with the group. This workshop will be led by Dr. Lilien Voong from the Hixon Writing Center.
