New Centrality Measures in Networks and their Application

Abstract: We propose new centrality measures taking into account parameters of vertices of a network, an influence of groups of verticies to a vertex, and short- and long-range influence of paths on a vertex. Many applications are discussed - conflict networks, migration, forein claims, citation networks, etc.
