Worklife Wellness Break - Chair Yoga

Join instructor Pili Bailey, a certified and experienced Yoga teacher and the owner and creator of Essential Yoga Space, for a quick 15-minute chair yoga session.
Chair yoga can help increase your strength and flexibility, improve pain management skills, and reduce stress. Be sure to have a water bottle on hand as necessary.
Dates: Monday through Friday, from January 4 to April 30
(There will be no classes on January 18 & February 15 for Institute holidays.)
Time: 10:30 a.m.–10:45 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.–2:15 p.m.
