Xing Yang, a Caltech alum from the Tai Lab and expert in BioMEMS devices, will give a talk on biotech entrepreneurship. Xing is an experienced entrepreneur who has been at several successful biotech startups, including GeneOhm and Helixis, two Caltech spinouts. He is currently VP at another startup company, BioNano Genomics. Those working on diagnostics or other devices are especially encouraged to apply. Xing will also be available to discuss biotech startup opportunities in China.
