Dial x5000 when Involved in or Witness an Incident or Injury on Campus

All members of the Caltech Community are reminded to call x5000 when involved in or witness an injury, lab incident/exposure, or accident on campus, regardless of its nature or severity. Call extension 5000 or dial (626) 395-5000 and Campus Security will call 911 if necessary, respond immediately, and provide the appropriate field response. All employees are expected to follow proper and safe work procedures, and to report accidents, unsafe conditions or practices per the Institute Injury and Illness Protection Program (IIPP).
