As we move forward into 2024, Caltech Dining Services is thrilled to continue serving our vibrant community with innovative culinary offerings. With a team of nearly 70 dedicated individuals, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful connections.
In our commitment to inclusivity and diversity, we are delighted to introduce some exciting updates for this term:
Now Serving: Plant-Based Menu! Indulge in the delicious world of plant-based dining at Browne Dining Hall. Our new whole food plant-based station is now open, offering an array of mouthwatering options during lunch every Monday through Friday. From savory sides to hearty main courses, our plant-based menu is designed to satisfy every palate.
In addition to our plant-based delights, we're proud to announce:
Halal Certified Chicken: We are pleased to offer halal certified chicken at all our dining units, ensuring that a diverse range of dietary preferences is accommodated. Look out for the "Halal Certified" label on select menu items.
Pork Free Prep (PFP) Option: Introducing our "PFP" option, allowing customers to request their meals be prepared "pork-free" at the time of order. This ensures that their food is free from any pork products or contamination.
