Facilities Launches a New and Expanded Guide to Services

I am pleased to announce the publication of our second revision to the Guide to Services.  This has been a significant effort by the Design & Construction, Services & Planning, and Operations groups to describe the products and service we provide to the campus.  The guide has received recommendations and edits from many of our customers on campus.  Its publication aligns us with best practice at many of our peer universities.  

We are very proud of the Guide to Services and hope it will help explain in an easy-to-understand format the services we provide.  We will continue to update the Guide as we refine the processes and procedures that bring predictable and reliable maintenance outcomes to the campus. Please feel free to share your comments and recommendations on our website.
