IMSS Managed Hosting Upgrade, 10/21 5PM-12AM

On Friday, October 21st from 5:00 PM to 12:00AM (midnight), IMSS will perform a software upgrade to our Managed Hosting storage appliances. All the Managed Hosting storage appliances are expected to remain online and function normally during this upgrade. No preparation is required from end users.
While we do not expect to encounter any issues during this upgrade, it is scheduled to occur on a Friday evening to minimize any possible risk of an outage occurring during regular business hours.
