Sovereignty Club - Lebanon

Lebanese student Alya Al-Kibbi will tell us about Lebanon, especially its current political and economic crisis, and the effects of this crisis on ordinary citizens.  We will have a long discussion session, so this is also your chance to ask questions about Lebanese culture and history.

This event is organized by Sovereignty Club, a discussion group where we hold weekly meetings to talk about everything from geopolitics to history to philosophy.

Time: Thursday, May 12, 6:00--7:30 pm.  The first 30 minutes, as always, is for international news discussion.
