The 2019 Tax Season is approaching …. Are you ready?
Your 2019 tax forms will be issued in January 2020. Electronic delivery of your W-2 form is an option for employees with an active assignment.
Should you choose not to elect Electronic Access you will receive a printed W-2 form by mail, delivered to your payroll address. Tax forms will be mailed no later than January 31, 2020. In order to ensure prompt delivery, please take a moment to validate your current address by going to access.caltech and selecting My Personal Information under the Self Service Options.
If you have previously signed up for Electronic Access to the Online W2, use the following instructions to access your W2 forms:
- Log into Your Online Applications on the access.caltech page
- Under the Self Service topic, select Electronic W2 (Online W2)
- Answer your security questions, then follow the prompt and select the tax year to view and print your W-2
Haven't signed up yet? Use the instructions below to easily set your preferences and begin accessing your W2 forms:
- Log into Your Online Applications on the access.caltech page
- Under the Self Service topic, select Electronic W2 (Online W2)
- Elect your delivery preference and click apply
- *Note: You only need to consent one time – your selection remains in effect until withdrawn.
The online W-2 is only available to employees in active assignment status, and can access the Electronic W2 application on access.caltech.
Online access is for W2 forms only. Forms 1042-S and Fellowship Letters will be mailed via US mail.
