Chemistry and Chemical Engineering classrooms, offices, and labs are located in Noyes Lab.
The facility was built with funds provided by the National Science Foundation and Caltech alum Chester F. Carlson. It was named in honor of Arthur Amos Noyes, director of the Gates and Crellin Laboratories of Chemistry and chair of the Division of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from 1919 to 1936.
